Full Time Echo Sonographer

Kawartha Cardiology Clinic (KCC) in Peterborough, Ontario is accepting applications for a full-time/permanent Cardiac Sonographer! We offer programs in vascular, stroke, diabetes and cardiac care. We perform paediatric, transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms, and exercise and Dobutamine stress echocardiograms. Qualifications & Relevant Experience: -Completion of a recognized post diploma echocardiography program or recognized equivalent -Registered as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer with CMRITO -Proof of Professional Liability Insurance -Registration with the American Registry of Medical Diagnostic Sonographers (ARMDS) or Sonography Canada (CARDUP) -Transesophageal Echo, Paediatric Echo and/or Stress Echo experience would be an asset. -Must have excellent problem-solving skills -Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload in a high-volume area Benefits: company pension, extended health care, on-site parking, paid time off Schedule: 8 hour day shifts, Monday to Friday
