The prototype stops at this form. The account, the membership in the cart and the dues are created on oamrs.org, where this form is submitted.

What happens after the form

OAMRS creates the account and adds the membership to the cart; dues and PLI start from the purchase. This prototype mirrors the form and never posts it, so no account is created here.
